In the post-Catastrophe nation of New Paradise, the Oppressors rule with an iron fist and an iron law: We are Master, You are Slave. But deep within that society's concrete ghettos, an ember of rebellion burns in the heart of Peter-6567 (Noah Hathaway). Though only a lowly garbage sorter, Peter has dreams of escaping to the rumored Joyful State with his beloved Wendy-88 (Paige French), a narco-addicted "pleasure pal". With laser cameras following his every move, Peter hatches a bold plan to rescue Wendy and escape his city through its labyrinth of toxic sewers. But if they are caught, a fate worse than death awaits them: a visit to Building L, where those who threaten rebellion are transformed into the human husks known as "The Surrenderers" (Running time 1hr, 45 min.)
